Fromage Blanc

Fromage Blanc is a French style cream cheese. Unlike its American brother, it is made with whole milk instead of heavy cream. This allows From- age Blanc to average half the fat and cholesterol of a traditional cream cheese without sacrificing flavor. Try our traditional Fromage Blanc in place of cream cheese or sour cream in any recipe.

All varieties of Fromage Blanc are blended in-house (literally, in Emerald Valley Artisans’ 19^th century farmhouse kitchen) from original recipes and hand-packed in “100% BPA Free” containers.
